I think the mod might be the cause of it. Since the update A lot of mods and cc are causing people problems. - If it's Darkpool's Inteen mod, yes it's that one. And there will be no fix because he quit making mods.

just for the record mods are perfectly fine with sims 4 and updating is normal especially when the game changes xml filemods are glitchy for this game. Did he get abducted when you weren't looking? (if you have GTW I mean.)1 - This was happening to me and I couldn't figure out why until I pulled my entire mods folder and started putting them back one by one and testing the game each time. It turned out that Darkpool's Inteen mod was causing the issues with Sims being unable to marry and male Sims getting pregnant from Try for Baby when they shouldn't. As of right now, there is no update for this mod and there won't be for a while, since Darkpool is dealing with personal issues and has put modding on hold for the time being.
Understandable, everyone has personal lives after all, but yes, a bit disappointing for those of us who use Inteen. I can't play one of my favourite game files until there's an Inteen update, sadly.The Official 100 Baby Challenge (Sims 4)
The Genesis Challenge (Sims 4) - edited April 2015Yesterday I had a male sim get pregnant with his wife's baby and give birth to a normal baby girl. who he is now able to breast feed.
The only mod I'm currently using is the story progression mod from MTS which is updated to the latest version and which I'm pretty sure isn't supposed to have any affect on your currently active household. I quadruple checked all my settings anyway, and it's definitely not set to allow females to impregnate males.
So either it's just a bug with the game, or it's the mod which I don't really want to get rid of, so I just installed the pregnancy mega mod. you know, so I can fix the situation in case it happens again. I don't mind the male pregnancies if it's from getting abducted, but I don't want my males getting pregnant left and right from try for baby when both sims involved are 100% human. - Thank you for telling me which mods are causing my males to get pregnant and not marry! I barely use InTeen, so I'll be fine without it for a while. But seriously, Thank you sooooo much!
- Males sims can get pregnant following abductions, assuming that the target of the interaction is an alien. Normal human on human interaction shouldn't be causing a problem without mods installed. This particular thing is probably the one giant gaping problem I have with the expansion. I'd be ok with it with adding aliens, but having them 'randomly' abduct sims and getting males pregnant is just not fun for those of us that want to enjoy a more realistic style of game.
- Yep my male sim had an alien baby girl. I sent it back to its homeland after seeing the option to breast feed. It was all abit too much for me :-)
- I have not the mod. they were not aliens. but I got my Rick Blaine pregnant from Ilsa Blaine former Lazslo. that ruined my Casablanca story. I had to exit without saving and go back again, I couldn´t stand to Rick breastfeeding the baby.

I have a trick though, I downloaded the mod for pregnancy termination. so if my male gets pregnant I can terminate it. so its working out so far so good

I tried using the cheat to delete and add a new table. didn't work and I don't have any mods on the game. Anyone else having this issue.poor male sim looked like he was lost though. have to say it was pretty funny.

Have you had issues with the surgical table before or is this the first time that it has happened?
Try testing to see if it occurs the next time your doctor uses the surgical table. It may have been a glitch for that one time.
